AAA Storage Terms of Use

AAA Storage provides services to you subject to the following terms and conditions: AAA Storage’s website,www.storagehelena.com , allows you to reserve or rent a unit from AAA Storage directly. Once you have rented a unit online, you will be provided with a 24-hour access code, which you will need in order to access the facility. There is a manager on duty seven days a week and the office hours are as follows:

M-Sat: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Closed Sundays and most major holidays

AAA Storage Facilities

Our features and amenities are numerous! We offer 24 Hour access, Video Surveillance, Month-to-month lease, Online reservations, Online payments, RV/Vehicle storage, Onsite manager, and Auto-billing of credit or debit cards. AAA Storage rents our units or spaces on a month-to-month basis. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If any portion of the given month is used, then a full month’s rent is due. We do not prorate for early vacancy of a unit or space.

Unit Information

Unit sizes are approximate; actual unit sizes may vary from the size listed. If you are unsure of the exact size that will best suit your needs, please examine your unit before signing the lease agreement. Unit sizes and availability can vary by location. Please contact the office directly to confirm actual unit size availability and location.

Reservations

A reservation is not a rental agreement. A reservation holds your selected unit type for you, for a maximum of two weeks or fourteen (14) days. However, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation, or make a unit substitution, at any time before you sign a lease agreement and rent a unit. We encourage you to rent a unit online, as demand for storage units is particularly high.

Promotions and Offers

All promotions, specials, and offers are for new customers only and are based upon unit availability and unit sizes. Please contact facilities directly to confirm the availability of a particular promotion, special, or offer. Promotions, specials, and offers cannot be combined.

All promotions, specials, and offers are subject to the standard fees for rentals, such as a damage deposit. Therefore, fees will always apply.

All pricing (standard rates as well as promotions, specials, and offers) is subject to change or termination without notice.

Communication

By providing AAA Storage with your contact information (email or telephone number) you consent to be contacted by AAA Storage by telephone call, text, and/or email. Your contact information will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Auto Pay

Online enrollment in auto-pay constitutes electronic signature, which has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper contract. Enrollment in auto-pay authorizes AAA Storage to automatically charge your credit card or debit card, monthly, for the amount due on your bill. The amount debited will automatically increase as the rental rates increase in accordance with your Rental Agreement.

To cancel your auto-pay, you must provide AAA Storage with written notification which authorizes us to cancel this option on your behalf.

If there is a change to your bank or card information, including the expiration date, you must sign in to your online account and update the information yourself, or provide AAA Storage with written notification which authorizes us to update the information on your behalf.

AAA Storage is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits or charges. However, if notified of a billing error, AAA Storage will correct it when proper documentation is provided showing the billing error.

If an auto pay payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by your financial institution or card issuer for any reason, AAA Storage may charge you a returned payment fee and/or late payment fee, and cancel your auto-pay enrollment. AAA Storage will attempt to give you a courtesy call to make other payment arrangements. However, if payment is not made, you will be subject to the lien enforcement procedures stated in your Rental Agreement.

Protection Plan

Your stored or parked items are not covered by AAA Storage’s insurance for any type of loss or damage. We strongly recommend insuring your stored or parked property against loss or damage. Owner and owner’s employees are not liable for any loss or damage to any personal property parked or stored at either of AAA Storage’s facilities.

Disclaimer

AAA Storage website, mobile app, and any other technology platforms are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties. We are not responsible for failures, such as network connectivity or transmissions failures, or technical, hardware and/or software failures.

Applicable Law

AAA Storage does business within the state of Montana. The laws of Montana shall apply.
