We have 2 locations to better serve you-Last Chance Gulch & McHugh/Custer. Our office is located at the Last Chance Gulch facility behind Northwestern Energy. We also offer outside parking storage for RVs, boats, campers, trailers & vehicles.

As a business community, we are all focused on managing the unprecedented COVID-19 situation with both urgency and a deep sense of care.  These are difficult and unusual times for all of us and ensuring the well-being of our customers and their loved ones as well as our employees and their families is our #1 priority! Rest assured, we are here to provide you with service & assistance, but as safely as possible. Gate hours will remain the same. All business will be conducted by phone, email, dropbox or the walk up window located at the office. We will respond to emails and phone calls as promptly as possible. As always, our website is available for reservations, rentals, and payments. Questions can be emailed to manager@storagehelena.com.

Drop boxes are located at both facilities and you may use either one. Please note, however, if your unit is located at the McHugh facility you will only be able to access the drop box located at the office during business hours.  The drop box at McHugh is located in the large white building to the south of the keypad before you enter the gate.  Look for the door with our logo on it and the box is located next to the door.  Boxes will be checked regularly for payments and can be seen on camera.  We can either email or mail you a receipt, if you need one, just make a note on your payment or the envelope.
